I had two experiences with MAX hospital. One in MAX Saket, when my brother-in-law was hospitalized for his headache and another, more recently, with MAX Noida, when my 15 months old nephew was admitted for his fever. In both the cases, it was as if we are staying in a hotel. The staff is quick at getting us their overpriced and tasteless food & other services, except for the medical services.
The doctors are more of lip-servers in MAX. They are highly incompetent. They could not control the fever and were not able to diagnose a normal typhoid for 5 days. They admitted the child for 5 days and kept our family in a single room, just to make money. The doctors don’t have a fixed time of visit. They don’t have answer of any question. Their only interest is in keeping a check on if no extra visitors are in room and stuff like that.
We clearly saw that they are keeping us admitted for nothing, but unfortunately can’t do much. It was about the health of our child.
I won’t recommend it to anyone. Fortis & even Kailash is far much better in terms of their medical competence and behaviour. And much cheaper also.
