One of the greatest mistakes I(comedian) have ever made in my life is to meet this guy named BIPIN(Hero!), who called himself as an agent advisor.
Ok . Let me not bore you guys let me just list out all the good things happend to me.
>BIpin, meets me and sweetalks and sells ’Life investment plan’ and ’level term plan’
>I Paid Rs 3000 for Level term plan and Rs 6000 for Life investment plan-as PDC
>Hero keeps following up until the cheque date arrives.
>Cheque gets realised and after that comedian follows up Hero. Hero doesnt answer calls propery, picks and cuts the call abruptly etc.,
>After 10 days I get the 2 policies !!! Level term with ’wrong address’ and ’Life term with ’wrong name’ !!!
>Comedian tries to reach Hero to discuss on this but the mobile is switched off !
>First twist of the story: When called to Heros home , Heros ’Amma’ says Hero has flown to Dubai and left Max New york!!!
>Comedian makes 18 phone calls to the so calledd service desk to get this corrected. 18 agents gave 18 different ways to do the same !!!
>Comedian get worried, decides to retain the Leve ter policy but decides to cancel "life investment’ as it involves huge money (6000 a month is huuuuuge for me!)
>comedian takes a printout of a detailed request, ( it was so detailed that even a dumb head can understand). and goes all the way to GO, chennai and handsover to a "Customer Relations Office" along with a pack. ( When I had requested for them to come and collect the same, I was told that they cant come!!!)
>As I have requested within the look-up period, I was eligible for a complete reimbursment of the first 6000 I paid---Happy ?!?! wait............
>2 weeks goes by, still no news of the cancellation....
>The GREAT TWIST : ---My second instalement of 6000K gets debited from my bank account !!!!
>My 2 cheques bounces, I have never had a cheque bounce in the last 8 years of my banking exp!
>The story continues.................continues comedian is .....................
continues to make phone calls to custome care and the CRO..........
send mails to service desk..........
and types such insane things.................
