The sales & Service teams are completely different here, One of my relatives reference I have taken insurance policy, At the timing of applying the policy, The behavior of sales person was very Polite & helpful
This policy was for 10 year & the premium schedule was half yearly, And as per policy terms all kind of illness or accidental cases will cover under this policy
We have paid our premium time to time as per policy terms and every thing was smooth till 4 years from 2006 to 2010 but after 4 years I was injured in a accident and I was admitted in hospital till 15 days
We Wife immediately logged a FIR because it was a accidental case & share the all details to Max Life insurance with paid receipts & FIR copy
We have not received any proper response from Max life we feel that its completely fake After some time when I was Ok than we have visited at there office & ask to them about our claims they told me that submit your all bills with complete abidance we will check & revert back you
We have submitted all the documents with doctors report but till date we have not received any claim amount We have visited many times at there office but it was completely wastage of our time & money
One day we have received a information that our claim has been rejected, We we asked to reason for the same they told me its company policy & Company can reject the claim
The service team looking help less
Please be away from this company because they are showing to us fake dreams which can not full fill never
