I have surrender the insurance policy on 24th of August, And I was clearly mentioned by them that next month permium will not be deducted from my account. As its been already surrender, but in reailty they made sure that the perimium release date is same as surrender check release date and they have enjoyed the premium for next month as well .
And now my struggle started when we approach through service desk of Max life insurance. they dont respond and when you call and say about your problem they arent intrested to listen as its been surrendered. And when you write mail we get max limit reached postmaster failed. This are various ways I tried to reach them they dont respond.
I have no other choice but sue this guys as they are reckless towards there customers. Hope I can get my money. Please be careful and dont fall prey these blady insurance company. And above all its an ULIP you can understand.
