Max Life insurance is a fraud and cheat company, do not buy any of its policies, they’re not meant for your benefit, albeit rather its for their own benefits. I had got 2 policies and lost 35000, would you believe, I invested my money to avail benefit in future and somehow got loss, a Big thanks to MAX Life Insurance!
Cheaters. The very first mail written by myself to Max Life Insurance had a reason that every other person say different.
Today - 17/02/2015, I went to Max Life Insurance office, Central Arcade, DLF Phase 2 after I recd confirmation from them that I shall get the amount in 10 working days after I surrender policy, but again executives there, denied of immediate payment, albeit I’ll get this amount after policy completes 5 years, though I can surrender it now, but payment shall be released after policy completes 5 yrs. This is really very annoying and frustrating I think I’m the most foolish person to have policy from Max Life Insurance.
I’m unable to understand how could people at MAX doesn’t know about plans, every other person behind desk or at phone say different sentence. With such level of "service"(I don’t know, if I should be using that word), who’s going to invest his / her amount into this company.
After paying 75000 / - to this company, I’m not even getting principal amount back, of which they’ve already availed a hefty amount of interest, that is also fine, but atleast I should get what I was promised of.
