I had ULIP Policy with Max New York Life, first the agent gave me the worst plan in which rate of interest was quite low and administrative charges very high. After lock in period of 5 years I surrendered the policy and asked them to refund whole amount. They processed it and told me amount will be credited to my account within two weeks but even after a month amount was not credited. After lot of complains I got to know their representative has written wrong account number and money was credited to some one else’s account. They are highly irresponsible people, very careless, not at all trustworthy.
I would not recommend any one to buy any product from a company which do not understand the value of hard earned money of the customers.
