I bought policies from max life insaurance. Whatever commitment made by the agency was all wrong. Starting with the statement that he is calling directly from the company(but he was an agent from IC Direct sales agency) whatever he said was all wrong.
Not even a single point he committed was in policy. I complaint to max life insurance but they also didn’t help. They created a drama that they are investigating into things but later started saying that agency has not made any false commitment.
The most important thing is their slogan "Hamara rista policy lene ke baad suru hota hai". They are just against it. These all a group of fraud people who can snatch you money saying anything. They are shameless and can go to any level for money.
Please invest your money in govt. plans. Although you will get less benefits but at least your money is safe there. If anybody wants to file legal complain against these guys he can come with me. My no. is 9910117448
