Poor web tools and customer service

In a world that is fast becoming e-enabled, MNYL has one of the worst web tools. The policy details are most often not viewed after you login and there is no option to switch funds on-line in a pension plan. The telephonic customer care service is equally poor such that people start talking to you in hindi  inspite of opting for english as your language of preference in the menu!. On top of all this when you send a mail to the customer care address highlighting  the problem along with the screenshot of the web-site, they write back saying they do not find any screenshot! God help me and save the rest of you.


Further more, there are many barriers in changing simple things like your address of communication and phone numbers where a physical document has to be produced!
