Signed up for term life with around 90K annual premium. When I received the policy noticed many mistakes including address, spouse name, phone number, nationality, etc. Very basic mistakes.
When contacted I was told it was a mistake on the person who filled up the application online, was assured it will be corrected in a weeks time. It has been an year now and still not corrected.
As an year passed I am only getting calls now asking for premium payment but apparently they arent interested in making corrections to the policy. I know I am royally screwed if something happens to me now as the policy itself can be claimed invalid by Metlife when that situations comes.
I would suggest people to not signup for policy from Metlife. Dont waste your hard earned money please!
