Hi,
I have taken policy from Max New York Life insurance on year 2010 and was paying my premium monthly through ECS. Due to some technical problem with Max Life, They have stopped the ECS for last two years and I came to know about this only 6 months back.
Now they are asking me to pay Rs 92000 at one time to continue the policy. if i’m not paying the money(Rs 92000), they are telling me that I can not continue the policy as well they will not return the money what I paid for one year.
Also they are NOT responding to my emails or phone properly. I need to get my money back. Please help me.
I’m feeling(crying too) very bad that my hard earned money is cheated by this Max Life.
