I took a loan from a person who was a friend of this Max Life Insurance’s agent Pallavi Gothana. Her friend told me that I need to issue separate check for insurance which is compulsory for loan.
I inquired that I’ve not heard such thing. He said now it is a policy. Since I was badly in need of the loan so I took it & gave the cheque. Later when I received loan papers, they mentioned the included insurance.
When I checked this then I came to know that he fraudulently sold me the insurance for his friend Pallavi. Now this crook Pallavi is playing when I filed for free look cancellation.
First she changed the contact no. in records. When my policy was sent for cancellation then she sent email not to cancel. Now for a month I’m suffering due to repetitive visit to their CP office in Delhi, & calling them.
Every time they ask for few days time & 1 month has passed. Crook people & so the crook company.
