My son expired about 3 months back and I filed a Claim with the Company for his Whole Life Insurance Policy and the company is finding reasons to delay the settlement as much as possible. I am left in the lurch with my 6 year old grandson to be taken care of and the company officials are not nudging from their stand till date.
The reason they are not honoring the claim is that the nomination is not changed where as all the other banks and Insurance companies have honored my claim settlement. I am sure that there is still humanity live in this world for a 63 year old Arthritis succumbed widow.
