HORRIBLE SERVICE

I wrote last year when I was to pay the premium. This year too I am writing when I just paid the premium for he currentyear. In short whenver you need to contact the company or otherwise they need to contact you, they will mess up with everything.


Though I had paid the premium on the last date of grace period, but the main branch in Delhi do not have the correct date of premium payment. As a result of which option OPPB has become expired and they have asked my wife to undergo another medical examination. When I contacted the service nranchm, I was informed that OPPB is still there.


It shows that the main branch does not know what is being done in service branch. The similar confusion was there last year.


To your suprise ( mine too) the main branch even does not knwo that agent alloted to me hhas already left and they keep on saying that I should contact this particlua agent.


Though they have good products but remember that this company lack any professinalism. Do not expect any timely service.
