I wanted to get my Holter test done. I paid the charges and was informed that the hospital representative will reach my home by 6 pm on April 2, 2024.
No one came till 6 pm, then I called the supervisor Mr AK Pandey at 6.04 pm and 6.47 pm. He disconnected my call first and then did not answer my call.
I called the helpline number, kept holding the call for 25 minutes, they kept asking questions and finally told me that their supervisor will call. But no one called. This is the state and standard of services offered by Max.
In the morning, I was informed to wait for 2 hours for USG, but finally my turn came only after a wait of 3.5 hours.
The service is pathetic, call centre rep are giving mechanical answer, and there is no escalation system for a service oriented hospital.
