Maxbhi does not allow cancellations once order is placed.
I ordered a battery on Friday(Order #5138292) and it was expected to be delivered on Monday, but it was not even shipped until Monday, so I wanted to cancel the order. But they do not have any option for us to call and ask them to cancel. They do not even callback when a Request to callback is placed. They do not even have CoD as an option, so you are completely at their mercy once the order is placed. SO better not buy anything from Maxbhi!

Maxbhi cancelled the order and refunded the amount to maxbhi wallet. I then placed a bank transfer request, which even after 15 days hasnt been credited to my account. When I try to raise a status check request, I get an error saying Service Unavailable! This proves their whole system is fraud

After follow up with their customer care over phone, Maxbhi finally refunded the amount to my bank account.
Overall it was not a good shopping experience.
First, their policies are unsustainable. You cannot Deny a customer an option to cancel the order atleast until the order is shipped. Second, even if they order here cancelled at Maxbhi side, they refund the amount to Maxbhi wallet, not to the original payment source. You again need to follow up with them, wait for at least 15 days to raise a follow up request. Its quite possible one forgets to follow up and ends up losing money. Third, their website sucks. Many of the links pertaining to support do not work. They just give lame excuses like Service unavailable while rest of the website is working fine. Imaging successfully buying something from them and claiming warranty if the product doesnt work!! Overall, stay away from Maxbhi. Anyway, no mobile is worth repairing and keeping with you after 3 years. If you must, go to nearby repair shop and get it done, or use Cashify.. I got the battery of my mobile replaced for 1k ( home service) and it was a smooth experience. Do anything except buying from Maxbhi!!
