I purchased an LCD from Maxbhi and found it defective. Upon informing customer service, they asked me to fill a form and that customer service manager (female) informed me after their vendor checks it they will initiate the refund, but second day they said they will not replace or refund the product to which I said please check the product and if you find it is my fault do not refund me, which they simply denied. They said since you have checked the LCD they won’t refund me.How will I know if it is defective or working good. Moreover, I said before purchasing you didn’t mention anywhere that anything is not refundable. They are selling C grade products which by itself have no guarantee of their own.I would strongly recommend to shut this business down forever and these people are doing fraud.This is not the way one should do business.We do not have better business bureau in India, otherwise I would have raised a complaint.If anyone wants to more please call me at 8790577006.I humbly request everyone to not do business with Maxbhi.Thank you so much for reading my pain.God bless you all.
