I purchased a touch digitizer for my iPad mini, which worked for three days before problems began to emerge, indicating that the touch screen had become reckless. The firm offered me a single months warranty and requested that I return the item for replacement. When I returned the package, they informed me that the seal had been damaged and that we would not be able to replace it. Im not sure what kind of seal there is. If its a sticker, how can we maintain it once its been applied?
