The policy of the company is totally against the policy of India which is Consumer Protection(E-Commerce) Rules, 2020(“Rules”) framed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019(“Act”).

If you are buying anything remember my words they don’t have return policy the have customer support they will blame you again and again but they will not return the product after 7 days the will tell you to deliver the product on you cost for replacement because the have service warranty for 10 days. If your product is not delivered they will again tell you as your fault.

When you delivered your product you loose your product as well as money.
