May I Come In Madam tells story of Sanju, who is married to Kashmira but has his heart set on his hot boss Sanjana. The name of the show itself is a sexual innuendo implying Sanju’s desires for his boss and even the name of the firm where Sanjana works as his boss is ‘Use Me’. Needless to say that it is not a subtle comedy.
The story is nicely paced with every episode having sense of urgency as things start to fall apart for Sanju and he rushes to piece them together.
The show is full of dream sequences showing Sanju’s fantasies for Sanjana. They are usually interrupted and many times with Sanju trying to explain his situation. Things get even difficult for Sanju as the story progresses as Kashmira begins to suspect him.
Overall, comedy is fine but there is no denying its sleazy nature and double meaning jokes. That is to be expected as it is from same people who brought us FIR and just like FIR if you can stomach the premises of the show then it becomes quite a fun ride. Its a ride you should not bring your family to but it is a fun ride nonetheless.
