I had booked a ticket on a wrong day and I jus requested it to be shifted to the next day.first wen I cal them up they give me a managers number who never picks the phone.then again calling the customer for some 3-4 times they gave me another number and that "WISE" A** was telling me that its impossible to shift the tickets and that if I wanted to do so then I wud hav to go there personally and sell the tickets to someone else.
If they cannot accomodate such small requsts then wat use is their customer service for.
