I won’t say it is the best product in the market but ya I won’t say it is bad also. I mean it is cheap. Not that costly and if I am right this is the cheapest mascara of maybelline. I have the waterproof one as it has both waterproof and non waterproof one in this product. So ya mine is actually waterproof. The negative point is that it dries very easily.
