I have been using this eye liner for past 3 years. I like doing eye make-up a lot. And I have tried lots of eyeliners. I fing Maybelline Lasting Drama Eye Liner is the best. It comes with a brush. And I can assure you that even if you are a beginner, you will be able to apply the same very smoothly. It is extremely easy to use with the brush provided with it. The eyeliner is the blackest black and highly pigmented. Once applied it stays for almost 10-12 hours which is really a very good staying power. The eye-liner is very smooth on skin and does not give you any irritation or allergies. But if your skin is really sensitive I would suggest please test it on and then apply since it is a matter of your eyes.
