Last year I went to Ranchi for my eye check up in purulia road Ranchi so I have decided to stay in Mayur Hotel in purulia road. but we found that its room quality was so bad, not properly maintained. room was too small with a single bed. and the walls were not furnished well. proper light facility was not provided. there was a common bathroom for two rooms and more and not cleaned properly which looks so unhygenic.
very few staffs were there and they not serves well, they did’t helfs the customers either in serving food or identifing the particular thing. they does not respond and they have very dirty appearance.
food and presentation was also not good at all. they offer only rice, dal, roti, and few kinds of vegetables. no any non-veg items were there so that you can a good meal or lunch. they don’t provide any tea, coffee in morning so that you can referesh yourself.
it is located out of the town and you will have to book three wheeler to reach there. it has very small campus no space of parking, no gardening in front. dregs are lying outside the main gate which looks so irritating.
overall whatever money you will expend there will not be liable in any way as it not provides you a good facility so that one can feel comfortable there.
