I had given orders for printing of 113 prints of 18x12 inches size, and 5 prints of 36x12 inches at Mazda Imaging Pune. I gave that order on 25th Sept 2012. Since the number of prints were high I asked the guy at Mazada Imaging do I need to check my each print ?. He said not needed, and assured me of good print quality. But when I reached home and checked each print, there was problem with 35 prints of 18x12 inches and problem with 3 prints of 36x12 inches. So next day I called at the shop and informed Mr. Suresh of Mazda Imaging at Pune. He said there could be problem with the prints please bring those over to the shop. I went to the shop with the prints and showed him. He accepted that there was problem with the prints, and told me that there is problem in printing machine and it may take about 6 to 7 days to get it repaired. I said ok I can wait for it.
So after 8 days I called back again on 5th Sept to Mr. Suresh asking him about prints. He said still the machine is not repaired and it will be done next day. He also assured me that I will get my prints reprinted. And then he will call me. I waited for his call on next day, I didn’t receive any call. Again I waited for 8 days and called him on 13th Oct. He initially disconnected my call. Then I called through extension, that time he told me that on 13th Evening the problem will be solved and he will call me back for it.
I waited for his call, but didn’t get any call from him.It looks that he is just pushing me every time I call him and is not at all interested in giving me my reprints. Every time I call him he just procrastinates and tells some arbitary reasons.
He has taken all money for my prints. And now not willing to give me my prints. It is simply CHEATING done by him. So I insist every one reading this review please NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR PHOTOS FOR PRINTING TO MAZDA IMAGING PUNE.
I don’t know whether I will get my reprints or not. It’s very hopeless and pathetic experience that I have got at Mazda Imaging.
