I went to this outlet a while ago, the outlet is built nicely and like their other outlets the overall ambience was nice.
So I ordered aloo tikki, mcpuff and coke with no ice cubes, the staff is so unprofessional that even after my instruction they added ice cubes in my drink, I told them that I ordered without cubes but they didn’t changed it. Also only the mcpuff was good in taste, while the aloo tikki burger was without tomato, and wasn’t good in taste, there food presentation was standard, but customer service was very poor.
Even I had to ask for ketchup pouches, straw and also they took lot time to prepare such small order, it was like my worst McDonald’s experience ever, and I never want to visit that outlet again.
