I was at McDonalds Kalamboli with a group of around 15 bikers on Sunday morning around 7:45 am. We were back from a night ride to Tiger Point, Lonavla.
Tired and exhausted we decided to enjoy a decent and a hygenic bite at McDonalds which falls on the way. Our order comprised of around 15 McChiken burgers with extra cheese, 3 hot chocolates and 1 french fries.
The disgusting thing was that there was mosquito in my Hotchocolate still struggling to break free and fly off. When we informed the manager on shift "Kapil" about it he was so cool and the only thing he was ready to do was just replace the drink for me.
If this is the way McDonalds is gonna handle its customers we cannot think of McDonalds anymore. Over and above that he had the cheeks to come and ask us to pay the bill.
I was adamant that we pay only if he gives a written apology. To this he refused point blank and was ok if we didn’t pay him. If this is the attitude the Manager is gonna have we cannot expect anything from the crew.
Wow a mosquito in HOT Chocolate and that too early in the morning.
My aunt has rented out her place to McDonalds for their franchise and I was a frequent visitor to McD’s earlier but now I think I will never eat with McD’s not even at my aunts location...
Guys beware when you’ll go McDonald’s next time. I wont tell you not to visit them as you need to decide for your self. You may have had good experience’s in the past and one such incident like this should not be a descision maker or change your preference. The only thing I will insist is have a proper look first before you take the first bite or sip. Better open the entire burger and check...
