Food presentation is really bad comparatively to the other branch in the whole Chennai . The food tastes really bad and the food is delivered very late. The food is made with the poor quality and the quality ingredients. This is not best branch in the whole chennai.the food tastes really bad. They delivered the food after 25 min that’s a very big drawback to this McDonald’S branch. The ambience is not bad the place is clean and tidy well maintained by the management but the air conditioning facilities is very bad . Not at all cool inside the food court that is also a very big drawback to this food court. But the taste of the food is bad that’s a major issue with this branch. The customer service have an issue of communication skills also . They don’t know how to spell the English words. This food court needs a better management to communicate with the customers. Value of money is really poor because the quantity and the quality of the food doesn’t match to the high rates or prices of an item. The prices are very high on this food court.
