I am in great sorrow with worst behavior by the staff of McDonald at Gajraula PIN 244235 near BPCL Petrol Pump. I visited above branch with my family and some relatives on 5th June 2013 at about 10.50 PM, but the door was closed by two chairs. I requested the staff to get entry, however one of them allowed our entry, but denied the availability of McPuff as well as burgers. They told that only one item McSpicy paneer is available, because they not in mood of any item delivery. I felt so insulted before my family and relatives, it can’t be explained.
I am resident of Gajraula and know better that McDonald opens 24 Hours, but suddenly they change the timings of closure at 11PM on 5th June 2013 and behavior of your staff was like a ration dealer or Government Office, who close the window before time. Rates of food items at Gajraula are also more than other city like Noida. Amroha is mentioned instead of Gajraula in the website of McDonald as it is situated at Gajraula.
I appeal all the consumer to rethink of visiting McDonald, otherwise it may occur with you also.
