I walked into lokhandwala andheri west mcdonald and ordered a nugget meal combo. the lady didn’t ask me if I wanted a 6 pc or a 9 pc. When my parcel was ready I noticed that only barbeque sauce was put, so I asked for the mustard sauce, the guy dips into the packet, removes the barbeque sauce and puts the mustard sauce, so I asked why did he do that, he informed me that only one sauce will be served with 6 pcs.
Isn’t it ridiculous, no one informs you of the same while you order, they quietly assume you would be ok with that. You don’t even have the options to buy extra. So what is my opinion about them. Well they can keep their nuggets and advertise they should mention that you get only one sauce and not both.
