Well the Mac Donalds which sells Big Macs in the US and all over the world is not getting smaller. Estimates put the growth rate of Mac Donalds to be about one per day!!
Surprised. Yes ever 24 hours there is a Mac Donalds coming up in some part of the world. Well this is not what I have to say .
In the Western World where customers are very aggressive about customer service would not tolerate a lousy service even for that matter if the company was American. The father of Mac Donalds, Ray Crock who had a vision when he was over 50 has not made any mistake. All he has done is copy the same system many times over and the set system has been running successfully
Now as regards poor service which some of us are experience is quite natural. There is no 100 % customer service attained by any Company And besides the Customer Service is rendered by Humans. And to ERR is human . So when you are talking volumes or if you ever receive a cold burger,
Mac Donalds will change it for a hot one.
Yes I have got my fries changed to hotter and crispier one . For that you have to voice and let the supervisor know and they do it. I dont have any bad experience with Mac Donalds so far and I see no reason why one should point finger just because someone’s toy was not put or the burger turned out to be cold or what ever.
No it never is a bad place to eat and dine. Yes sometimes you may find the price a bit high, but with the gift coupons and discount coupons and the Orange Cell priviledge card. The brunt of expense doesnt hurt much.
How may times has experienced eating dosas which were made 5 hours back and eaten them after they were just warmed and served. Also How many times do we complain when the exterior of a masala dosa is nice and warm and the potato masala inside is cold. Not always the same masala dosa gets replaced. You have to really argue out with the waiter.
I am not condescending the Indian restaurants here. I am just plainly talking about Customer Service which is fast setting standards amongst Indians who were earlier not fussy about the same.
Well In my opinion Mac Donalds is not a bad place for good food.
