If you do payment online and place order and if you get what u ordered in time then u must be lucky. This is my second time, I ordered though app and surprisingly order went to Vijay Nagar, Banglore instead of SD Road, Hyderabad. On complain, they told me that order can not be transferred and it takes 48 Hours to 7 days to refund the money. Transaction done on 01.05.2017 by evening and till today nothing is refunded. On 08.05.2017, called up twice to customer care for refund status, simply answered by customer care executive that "System is Down, Please call back". If you made advance payment then its better you forget your money for their fault.
They dont even bother for customer service and we keep them on our head. Amazing.
My request to all of you, dont make advance payment to them at any condition.
