Amazing 4stars!

Amazing food at McDonald’s is about as rare as Leighton Buzzard is interesting. That’s pretty rare then. The fact that we don’t even have a McDonald’s in Leighton doesn’t detract from the mindless scandals going on at the most popular fast food chain in the world. It leaves Burger King for dead, makes Wimpy live up to it’s less than muscular name, and totally destroys the competition, and how? Well they’re great really!

Well, I have mixed feelings about the great golden arches that are the McDonald’s logo design; they hide the truth about the way in which the animals for meat are slaughetered, and bury the deteriorating average level of intelligence each staff member has in the ’restaurant’. However, it also promises light in the form of 59p for a Big Mac, and the prospect of getting a decnt amount of relatively tasty food, that should feed your hunger for a good few hours, all for under a fiver in most cases - it depends on what you buy of course.

I like the milkshakes here for some reason, but can honestly say that the apple pies are revolting and should never be experience by another human being again - they certainly weren’t made by any humane living being. I guess the secret of success lies with an excellent amount of advertising, and reasonable, affordable prices for everyone. A hard up family can eat out her for a Christmas dinner, maybe not on Christmas day, but I bet it’ll be cheaper than a 2tonne turkey.

You can even be a vegetarian and still find something that you may find the tiniest bit inviting - perhaps the funny named lop-sided fish burger will suffice your culinary anxiety, although I don’t believe there are any pure vegetarian burgers, unlike the Burger King’s would-be equivelant the ’vege Whopper’. Anyway, the sight of a McDonald’s logo would normally send Vegetarian eaters scurrying away in the distance.

I like the Big Mac meal, as it offers great value, so go really large for just 20p or so more! You get some overcooked fries that seem to have been drowned in a pool of brown sugar (this actually happens) and then coated in salt. However, I do not appreciate the fries from here, as the Burger King King fries are far more suculent!

The value is great at McDonald’s although the obvious and somewhat dubious over staffing problems really should be sorted out soon, and no that ’staff wanted’ add is not the way to go about it! Anyway, I think it’s a fun place to eat, and although the food lacks a suitable quality for people who do not like the quality here, it’s good enough for the most of us, and that’s why they’re a success. Ask a Mcdonald’s staff how many customers they get a day and well, even they wouldn’t be able to work a calculator.

There’s a big M in every bustling place in the world it seems, with around 16 in London itself. I’m going to award this place a superb, if slightly appaling 4 stars because they need to clean up a bit, stop spilling my chips in the old brown paper bags, work out that they should be selling chips instead of fries - this is England you know! And also sort the staffing worries.

Great place to find a mess and a load of really strange looking people!

Amazing 4stars!
