Delivery Service of MacD in Gurgaon - Just hollow promise. Thanks to their apathy I got to taste pizzas from Papa Jones and "am loving it".
The nice red flyer says - "Can’t come to us ? We’ll come to you" , good hear MacD but will someone please pick phone & take the order please .
It also says "Call & treat yourself " - OK , here I am wanting to place an order with you , my dear MacD out of my sheer loyalty .Tried calling the MGF mall numbers for more than 20-25 minutes ( 2566266/366/966/967 ) , tried calling DT numbers ( 4058389 ) . Good to hear the ring but nobody picks up . So much so for loyalty , prompt customer service blah blah blah....
Still unwilling to give up , tried 1800110099 , this just won’t connect .
The little asterisk says "Mobile & Non MTNL/BSNL users call on store specific landline numbers" ....OK so I discover that am back to squre one.....AM loving it .
Come-on MacD , if you won’t take call you are simply "gifting" your business to your competitor.
