I am residing at AIIMS since 2015. As south extension is pretty close to AIIMS, me and my friends were a regular customer at McDonald’s south extension 2 outlet.
Till April 2017, everything was fine with the outlet. But after that most of the items that we ordered became unavailable and are not available till now.
Maharaja Mac, Filet-o-fish, Chocolate Brownie, Masala Grill veg and even all kinds of ice creams became unavailable. There was no cold coffee and no floats also. This was very disappointing as it was all we used to order. As of now. the condition has improved but not much. Filet-o-fish and masala grill veg was still not available. The service is very slow. They take a lot of time to register orders. This also happened at times that payment with debit card was not available and we had to go back to take cash out from the ATM. And after taking the order thay always take around 15-17 minutes to make the order ready.
The ambience is fine and the outlet has enough sitting space. But the service is not upto the mark and I cant say about the value for money because the things you are willing to pay money for are not available at the outlet.
At the end I would recommend to visit any other McDonald’s outlet if you want to eat at McDonald’s.
