McDonalds is constantly turning to disappoint people. Everytime I visit McDonalds there’s something which takes away from their consistent performance.
They had always been consistent all these years but it’s on its descending spree nowadays. I paid a visit to Mcdonalds yesterday and ordered for the Spicy chicken meal.
I ordered for the burger to be without lettuce and to my surprise my appeal was not taken into consideration. The patty was also stale and oily. The mayonnaise tasted quite sour. The coke in the meal was flat and appeared as if it was made earlier and served to me later.
The fries were so stale that they were not at all crispy. Even after complaining, they changed the meal but still the meal was not upto the mark.Mcdonalds must take care of its descending quality and lost glory. Please improve.
