Since 7 months my medical bill amount is not credited. In my mail chain 10 times they made apology but they are not examining accountability of their officers. 58 mail reminders sent but result is big ZERO. Through Right To Information Act-2005, they made my part payment of medical bill. Even they are not providing copy of Insurance policy. Company’s behaviour is senseless and most bogus.
