I ordered a’Kid’s Study Table with Chair’ on 30th January, 2015. It took them a’month’ to deliver it to an address in Mumbai. Even after this, they delivered a defective product. On complaining they requested the pic of the product, after which they promised to recall the product and deliver the good one. Its been 20 days since then and they have been giving false assurances.
They haven’t done a single pro-active thing- neither refunded nor delivered the right product. Everytime we mail to ask the status, they give give different response and even lie.(Pl see FB post attached)

Issue: After assembly, the chair is shaky and hence unsafe for use by children. The grooves for the writing board are on the outside edge of the side board. Hence the table can not be assembled rendering it useless.(pl see pic attached)
