Not only is this hospital expensive, but they also make sure they give you an extra serving of poor attitude towards patients and visitors.
My experience is from being a Visitor at the hospital, and therefore from first hand information from a patient as well.
Doctors give astronomical prices for operations that at other reputable hospitals cost much less. In addition, if you are already are admitted [ and therefore helpless to move] then be ready to give plenty of cash to the hospital.
But no matter how much money they make, they will ensure that every time a patient’s relatives or family come to visit, not only do they get excessively charged for parking [ yes a hospital that charges for parking - as if people go come here for a Picnic! ], and on top of it visitors get harassed by rude’gate keepers’. If you go to administrators for any assistance, its like talking to a wall - they stare right through you, including senior administrators, some of whom are ’Doctors’ but don’t have any compassion or common-sense understanding in them.
Best to Avoid - there are other much better hospitals in Gurgaon & Delhi - if hospitals such as these prosper, then I think even foreigners will one day stop coming to India for treatment.
