I am also suffering the same problem whit Medi Assist reimbursement claim process. From last 2 months my claim is under processing. When I call to their customer service they told me it is under processing and within two week it will be settled. But nothing is happening still now.
Their customer care helpline also horrible. If you can catch any merciless Customer Care Executive within 5 min. then you are very lucky for that day. After so many try I can connect my call to a Customer Care Executive and got reply that within next 2 week my reimbursement process will complete and I will receive the cheque. But nothing is happen still now.
I also notice that all good hospitals are refuse the Medi Assist card for cashless
So from my bitter experience, I request every body don’t go for Medi Assist TPA. claim.
