I HAVE CORPORATE INSURANCE WITH MEDIASSIST. THEY NEVER RESPECT ANY REQUESTS/COMPLAINTS. Forget about claim, just for a name correction to my policy, I have been trying for 6 months.. They never understands the importance of customer or feedback.. when claims are submitted for reimbursement, they will try their best to reject the claims for various reasons.. I get so much frustration when I even think of having insurance with them.. I request all corporates and individuals not to take any insurance with them.. such a big cheaters.. The more claims they reject, more the incentives they get.. so employees from Medi Assist will never approve your claims..
