Mediassist asking for same document again and again. Cancer patient has moved from initial phase to major now and mediassit does not respond to call when there is a claim.
Its utter nonsense and made our entire family mentally sick.. I am writing this on 11th day since my patient is admitted on my own expense and mediassist is making dramas!
Avoid mediassist.
If you have any connection with mediassist , you will get to know when you need to submit a claim! I am now worried that i have to submit a legal case now.
