I am surprised how they have an overall rating of 3.9. If you look at good reviews it is all more than 4 years old. All the recent experiences have been 1 and 2 star. Mouthshut should consider this and revise their ratings.
I had horrible experience with them who administer claims for Manipal Cigna. I have written to them as well as threatened to sue. But as long as insurance companies use their worst services, they will continue without any change for better.
IRADI has to take severe action, but not sure if they will.
Waiting from morning 9 am until 6 and no approval from them. Where is the accountability?
They have serious issues in processing claims and they don’t even look fully the claim and reject. One instance the hospital has got the medicine from pharmacy and returned the ones they didn’t use. They just blindly didn’t consider the return and charged me. I can write stories about them with written complaints.
Worst third party insurance company which is not measured by level of service by insurance companies and may be there is a collusion between Mediassist and insurance company.
We the customers are the victims.
