Medi Assist has one of the most frustrating and unprofessional claim processes I have ever experienced.
Despite submitting all required documents multiple times, the team keeps sending the same generic checklist emails without actually reviewing the case.
There is absolutely no application of common sensedocuments like FIR and blood alcohol test are repeatedly demanded even when the accident involved stray animals, where such documents are clearly not applicable.
The treating doctors certificate clearly mentioned no alcohol consumption, yet it was ignored.
Customer support replies are purely template-based and do not address the actual explanation provided.
The portal status remains unchanged for days, creating unnecessary mental stress for genuine policyholders.
Instead of helping customers during medical emergencies, Medi Assist makes the process unnecessarily complicated.
There is no accountability, no proper escalation handling, and no transparency in decision-making.
This experience has severely shaken my trust in the claim handling system.
Strongly disappointed and would not recommend Medi Assist to anyone who expects fair and humane claim support.
