As I’m working in corporate company and gone through apollo ayurvaid chennai for my mother treatement in feb. 2022 initially they told that we also have cashless but at admission time they suggest me to do reimbursement . I throught I’d get at least 90% claim settlement.
After treatment ayurvaid charged rs. 4 lac 788.00 cash.
but mediassist just settled my claim Rs. 20, 039.4(5%) due to apollo is not hospital its ayurvaid.
I called mediassist guy for this they said. you must go through cashless and if not then, we will settle 5% only.
It was really bad experience throughout my whole live. I’d suggest please do not take admission if there is no cashless.
