I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the way Medi Assist has handled my claim (Claim ID: 38412006). I have been following up for months, and despite providing all necessary documents during the initial submission, I was recently asked to submit the original documents again.
This repetitive and inefficient process is unacceptable. It reflects a severe lack of coordination and professionalism on your part. As a customer, I expect a seamless and transparent process, but instead, I have faced unnecessary delays, lack of proper communication, and complete disregard for my time and effort.
Here are my major concerns:
Repeated Requests for Documents: I have already submitted the claim with all required documents, yet I am being asked to resubmit them. This is highly unprofessional and suggests either mismanagement or negligence.
Unreasonable Delays: The settlement process has been dragged on for far too long, causing undue stress and inconvenience.
Poor Communication: Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear timeline or concrete updates.
Unprofessional Conduct: The lack of accountability and transparency throughout this process is alarming.
As a customer, I trusted Medi Assist to handle my claim efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded that trust. I strongly urge your team to resolve this matter immediately and streamline your claim process to prevent such issues in the future.
I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to higher authorities or share my experience across forums and social platforms if this is not resolved promptly.
