Subject:- Grievance Withdrawal and Request for Detailed Communication on Insurance Claims Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally notify you that I am withdrawing the grievance lodged with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs(Grievance Number: 6404451) and UIIC(Grievance Number:- NCG0002892024) against Medi Assist. However, I would like to express a significant concern that requires your attention for future cases due to I faced a loss of 6000/-(Non-Payable OT Assistant of non intimation to policy holder) .
It is essential to uphold a cordial tone when engaging with policyholders or their family members while gathering information necessary for the processing of documents and release of claims. Furthermore, I respectfully urge the Mediassist Team to refrain from requesting the Debit Card Number and CVV Number from customers, given that all transactions are conducted digitally.
While issuing any new insurance policies or renewing existing ones, I request your esteemed organizations to ensure that clear and detailed information about the Payable and Non-Payable claim amounts is provided to policyholders. Transparency in these matters is crucial to avoid any confusion or dissatisfaction among customers in the future.
