I joined the company and had to resign and run within 2 weeks due to the behaviour of my Team Leader. Management uses abusive languages to employees.
Employees are made to work like slaves.
Once job is done employees are fired without giving salary.
Many people have resigned but never got salary of the last month and full & final settlement.
Once they make use of the employee they will call and say that your performance is not good and so you are asked to leave. No salary or notice period, you need to resign on the spot...
Salary is paid between 10th to 15th of every month that too which is sometimes not confirmed.... I heard from old employees that the company pay salary in cash ONLY... Even after demotisization on 8th Nov, it paid old currencies on 10th Nov. And surprisingly those employees even accepted it because they didn’t have any other option.
I have made a complaint against this company in Labour’s court and will also make sure that it comes under Income Tax dept’s notice for disposing black money with old currencies....
