Do not fall for their false promise of, they will help in all sorts of queries and settlements. They will be your single point of contact and help you in every step through out.


The reality is that, they do all those till the time you buy the policy. Once you are done with it, they will just make you run from one team to other. Even when you send an email, you can just expect an automated email or if you are lucky might be an apology email, but things will still remain unchanged. All your queries and concerns will remain answered
