I have taken a oriental family floater policy from medimanager. Before taking policy Ravi the person used to call me daily when are you taking policy sir.......after I took the policy and I got policy document after 20 days and after that I got cash less cards for family which are all with wrong details and if I take them to hospital no use as well.
I have called them immediately and asked for correction they told they will do it in 10 days...but after continuous followups also its been almost 1 month no mail reply and no one called till now and also customer care told I get call from TPA regarding the details nothing till now....I hate this type of customer care waste money dont take.......
