I got admitted through casuality for severe stomach ache. After the US scan, Endoscopy and X-ray they found out that I had Gastritisis-Erosion. I was suggested to take only liquid food for a week and was advised to take many antibiotics.
As per the prescription, I used to take atleast 4 antibiotics, 2 pain killers and 2 syrups for each time during the day. After 3 days I was told that I am fine now and to go home. My stomach pain had reduced by this time. Next day after getting home, Pain started again. First thing, they never diagnosed me for Gastritisis at all, just gave me huge doses of pain killers and antibiotics. Second thing, when I was getting discharged, no doctor or nurse spoke to me about post discharge diagnosis. Third thing is they dragged my discharge process from morning 10 to evening 6:30 just to collect one more day of bed charges.
Fourth thing is pathetic nursing attitude. They dont even treat you like humans and talk to you. Either come to take BP or just to inject a pain killer. I understand that this is their everyday routine, but whoever goes to hospital is in pain not for a holiday. I would suggest this hospital only for OPD(since they get many specialists from outside) and not for any emergency purposes.
